Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: July 4, 2026
QAMFORGE LIMITED is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards to guarantee universal usability.
1. Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
QAMFORGE LIMITED's digital products are designed and maintained in substantial alignment with the **WCAG 2.1 Level AA** standard. Some pages may contain minor legacy elements, which we proactively review and address.
2. Accessibility Measures We Employ
To achieve our accessibility targets, we implement the following technical methodologies across our frontend systems:
- Semantic Markup: We utilize native HTML5 elements (such as
<header>,<nav>,<main>,<footer>, and<article>) to preserve document layout hierarchies. - Keyboard Navigation: All interactive components, buttons, and navigation elements are fully focusable and operable using keyboard controls alone (tab order routing).
- Contrast Ratios: We maintain strict contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for standard body text) in our default monochrome themes to support low-vision readability.
- Alt Text: Meaningful visual media and diagrams are accompanied by descriptive alt tags, while purely decorative elements are hidden from assistive tools using empty alt text or aria-hidden flags.
- ARIA Design Patterns: For complex interactive fields (e.g., booking consultation popups, alert states), we implement standardized ARIA attributes to announce dynamic content updates to screen reader engines.
3. Recommended Reader Environment
For the optimal reading experience when navigating our web portals with assistive devices, we recommend the following browser and screen reader combinations:
- Windows Users: Mozilla Firefox combined with the NVDA screen reader utility.
- macOS & iOS Users: Apple Safari paired with the native VoiceOver utility.
- Android Users: Google Chrome utilizing the native TalkBack accessibility application.
4. Known Technical Limitations
Despite our efforts to ensure accessibility across QAMFORGE platforms, some elements might occasionally present issues. These primarily involve third-party integrations:
- External Map Frameworks: Dynamic map widgets embedded on our contact pages are supplied by third-party mapping API providers and may have interface focus limitations.
- Exported PDFs: Certain downloadable documentation resources compiled in PDF format are designed for physical printing and may lack comprehensive screen-reader structural tags. If you require document alternatives, write to us directly.
